EQ Studio is made available through the Mac App Store. Its use is governed by Apple’s Standard EULA and the applicable Mac App Store Usage Rules. The app is licensed, not sold, for use on Apple-branded devices you own or control.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
Your content
You are responsible for the media you open, process, and export with EQ Studio, including having the rights and permissions needed to use it. The app processes selected media locally; you remain responsible for reviewing exported files before publishing or delivering them.
Acceptable use
Do not use EQ Studio to violate applicable law, infringe another person’s rights, or attempt to interfere with the app or its services. Except where law permits otherwise, do not copy, rent, lease, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the app.
Support and updates
Support is available at [email protected]. We may update or improve EQ Studio over time. Features and compatibility can change with future versions of macOS, the app, or third-party formats.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EQ Studio is provided as available and without warranties beyond those required by law. Audio processing can be affected by source material, hardware, operating-system behavior, and export settings. Keep backups of important media and check an export before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dmytro Kolyvai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of EQ Studio. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
Law and consumer rights
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. If any term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
